Managing a project under the title of the time activity budget of free ranging black shouldered kite in the Fyoum region, Egypt funded bythe AmericanUniversity in Cairo grant in aid. Responsibilities include participation in applying for and managing grant, field trips management, and the analysis of data and preparation of scientific paper.

2005-2006

Co-managing the dietary preferences of free ranging Barn Owl (Tyto alba) in the Fayoum  region, Egypt (joint with Dr. Miller, J.D.) funded by the AmericanUniversity in Cairo grant in aid. Responsibilities include participation in applying for and managing grant, field trips management, and the analysis of data and preparation of scientific paper.

 

2003- 2005

Coordinator in the Cotton Modeling Pheromone Project financed by the Natural Resource Institute (NRI) in England, Ministry of Agriculture in Egypt and other international sponsors. Responsibilities included co-managing grant monies, co-ordination and supervision of 2 full-time staff, three international graduate and postgraduate students, training governmental employers in the ministry of agriculture, office management and administration, managing field operations in two governorate (Fyum and Beni-Suef), and the analysis of data and preparation of reports and scientific papers.
