MAIN RESEARCH INTERESTS
My major field of research is focusing on study the structure and function of genes related to cancer and other disease, extract new plant bioactive components, and study the medical effects of this natural products extracted from medical and other plants on genes related to cancer likes gene methylation, acetylation and proteomics, that might be able to lead to switch of, or on that genes. In addition, interesting with “Network Genomics" which analysis of genomes in the context of metabolic and regulatory networks. Part of the network analysis bases on a method that extends Next Generation Sequencing analysis of different organisms to determine the ' metabolic networks, that provide us the good pathway for enhance specified products in plants.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
DNA and RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, cloning, primer designing, HPLC, PCR and RT-PCR, SNP genotyping, DNA sequencing, transformation, protein expression and analysis (Electrophoresis: Agarose and PAGE), blotting techniques, animal cell culture, blood cell isolation, monoclonal antibody production, column chromatography, protein purification, bioinformatics tools like BLAST, CLUSTAL W, NEB Cutter, Restriction Mapper, DNA sequence analysis (BioEdit), The ExPASy (expert protein analysis system) proteomics server; SWISSMODEL ( 3D protein structure predication), Accreditation Standards of Chemical Laboratories; Production Control and Quality Assurance.
