Job Description

A job description is a comprehensive statement of the duties and responsibilities of the job site and is a complete description of the skills and duties of the incumbent including his / her scientific and practical qualifications. Job recruitment is used to determine the relative value of jobs within the organization and also as a measure of the determination of wages and salaries and the appointment and selection of employees to meet the requirements of the work and is a useful tool for the manager when assessing the performance of a staff member at the workplace.
