Satisfaction of community parties

The college administration is keen to measure and evaluate the level of satisfaction of the community parties in providing the college community services in the fields of education and scientific research and meeting the requirements of the labor market and employment using the following methods and mechanisms:

1. Direct meetings through workshops, seminars.
2. Field visits to community-based institutions.
3. Surveys and useing questionnaires.

The College will be keen to provide various questionnaires and interviews that reflect the level of satisfaction with these institutions about the community services provided by the College. The College Administration will benefit from the results of this evaluation and measurement in developing a plan for improvement. The following questionnaires will be implemented:

1- A questionnaire about the community services provided by the college and the degree of satisfaction of civil society organizations with performance
2 -A questionnaire on the satisfaction of students in the final years on community services at the college
3 - A questionnaire on the degree of satisfaction of graduates with community services at the college
4- A survey of civil society and graduates in identifying opportunities and threats to analyze the external environment of the college in the framework of preparing the strategic plan for the college. The results of these questionnaires will be analyzed by the college's agency for community service and environmental development.
