Beni Suef University is fully prepared to receive the first semester exams

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university is fully prepared to receive the first semester exams, which will begin on Saturday, January 4, for all academic colleges of the university and will end on Thursday January 23, provided that the mid-year vacation begins on Saturday, January 25 and ends on Thursday, February 6.
The President of the University indicated that, in addition to emphasizing the quality of the examination paper, the preparations are based on two partsThe first part relates to the readiness of places for exams such as halls, while the second part is concerned with providing the necessary services such as electricity and ventilation, stressing that there is continuous communication with the heads of the committees to ensure commitment with all standards leading to well-functioning of the exam
Dr. Mansour directed the necessity of forming an emergency committee and following up the exams in each college headed by the dean of the college and the Vice-Dean for Education and Student Affairs and Professor of subject, so that the committee would have the authority to deal with emergency problems during the exams and take the appropriate decision regarding them
Dr. Mansour affirmed the university’s continuous seek to provide all the necessary amenities and requirements for students with special needs, so that halls were allocated in the ground floors to perform their exams, in addition to the deployment of administrative security personnel in all gates to prevent entry to those who do not have cards
