Registration for master’s and doctoral degrees at all departments for March 2024 session will be opened as of Sunday, 17/3/2024.

The required documents are as follows:-
1- Qualification certificate
2- General diploma certificate, professional diploma certificate, and special diploma certificate for graduates of other colleges, and professional and special diploma certificate for graduates of colleges of education for applicants for master’s degrees.
3- Professional diploma certificate, special diploma certificate, master’s certificate, and a copy of the master’s thesis + a copy on a CD for those who obtained it from outside Beni Suef University for applicants for a doctoral degree.
4- Birth certificate
5- 2 copies of an ID card
6- 6 personal photos
7- A picture of the position of recruitment
