A surprise night visit to the university hospital

As part of the keenness of the Beni Suef University administration, headed by Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, to continuously monitor the progress of work within the university hospital, Professor Dr. Hani Hamed Desouky, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, conducted a surprise night visit to the university hospital this evening, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Emad El-Banna, Director General of University Hospitals.

The tour was attended by Dr. Mahmoud Sayed, Director of the Emergency Medical Department, Mr. Hossam Hamdan, Director of Doctors' Affairs and Administrative Deputy, Mr. Walid Salah, Administrative Director of Emergency, Mr. Ahmed Taha, Emergency Administrator, Mr. Ahmed Adel, Emergency Nursing Supervisor, and Captain Mahmoud Sayed, Administrative Security Supervisor.

The tour included a number of vital departments, where His Excellency inspected the emergency department, the operations department, the women's wards, and other departments. He checked on the level of medical equipment, the readiness of the working crews, and the discipline of workflow during the night shift.

His Excellency also listened to patients and their families, to learn about the level of services provided, and to address their comments and needs.

Professor Dr. Hani Hamed praised the commitment and dedication he witnessed in carrying out the medical mission, extending his sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Emad El-Banna, the hospital director, the doctors, residents physician , faculty members, nursing staff, security personnel, and administrators. He also extended special thanks to Dr. Mahmoud Sayed, Director of Emergency, for his efforts and continuous follow-up to ensure the provision of the best service to patients.
