the announcement for the 2018-2019 Hubert H. Humphrey Program, which provides one-year, fully-funded, professional development fellowships in the U.S.
The Humphrey Program is offered to young and mid-career professionals who have a proven track record of leadership and a commitment to public service. Humphrey Fellows participate in a program of independent non-degree study at a leading U.S. university, in addition they attend enrichment seminars, workshops and conferences, meetings with U.S. counterparts in their fields of specialization, as well as a professional affiliation with a U.S. organization of their choice.
The deadline for applying is July 15, 2017 and applications are completed on-line at the following link (with supporting documents): https://iie.embark.com/apply/humphreyfellowship.
This year, the Commission will be accepting applications in 15 different eligible fields:
