President of Beni Suef University: The Supreme Council of Universities approves the establishment of the Media Education Center at the Faculty of Mass Communication

Prof. Dr./Amin Lotfy, President of Beni-Suef University announced the approval of the Supreme Council of Universities on establishing  the Center of Media Education at the Faculty of Mass Communication (a special scientific research and training unit ) by virtue of Decree No. 106 on 18/4/2017.
Prof. Dr. /Amin Lotfy pointed out that the term "media education" means how to educate the individual in a way in which he can deal with the various mass media.  The media education aims to face the invasion of minds, which is being tried in various ways by fourth-generation wars, so we need to establish a center of  media education.
The university president added that the establishment of a center of  media education comes from the university's awareness of the seriousness of this issue, especially with the rapid changes that hit the Arab societies based on the tools of the digital age.
