President of Beni Suef University: Establishment of a specialized hospital for the elderly

University of Beni Suef under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University organized the Second Scientific Conference of the National Institute of Elderly Sciences, under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education, the Minister of Social Solidarity and the Arab State University, , Which will include the presentation of 40 research from the Egyptian universities, Arab and American, as well as holding a workshop in the field of the elderly on the margins.

During his speech, Prof. Mansour Hassan said that the university is studying carefully the establishment of a village to provide health and psychological care for the elderly in a specialized hospital aimed at providing health education services and services for the elderly, whether healthy or unhealthy. Social, legal, and media levels, as well as highlighting the importance of the divine religions and their community values, and identifying the best ways and means to activate their role and integrate them into society.

 The President of the University explained that the conference reviews the programs of early intervention and counseling psychological, health, medical and social and the advent of scientific discoveries in the area of ??the elderly as well as healthy lifestyles

 He added that the conference aims to review the Arab and international experiences in the field of care for the elderly, and preventive steps for those who are next to that age.

The President of the University stated that the conference's themes are the concept of integrated care for the elderly, how to be a friendly environment for them, the framework in which an elderly person enjoys integrated care, the elderly medical, psychological and social sciences, and early intervention programs for prevention and care, , The mechanisms of integrating the elderly and activating their role in society, as well as identifying the field experiences and means of modern technology in dealing with them.

 The Institute is the first institute specialized in the sciences of the elderly in Egypt, the Arab world, Africa and the Middle East. The institute is a member of the International Association of Elderly Sciences, which includes 74 graduate students. In addition to educational and educational courses for the elderly.
