Student guide university violations and students punishment starting from warning to "dismissal"

The disciplinary punishments stipulated in the Law on the Organization of Universities and subjected to the students in accordance with prescribed regulations, based on the commission of certain acts. In the "Student Guide" we refer to disciplinary violations and include penalties from oral warning and even dismissal: First: Disciplinary Offenses "Article 124 of the Law on Organizing Universities" 1 - Acts that violate the college system or university facilities. 2 - Disruption of the study or incitement to it or refrain from being forced to attend classes and lectures, and other university work, which regulations are required to abide by them. 3 - Any act contrary to honor and dignity or disturb the good conduct inside and outside the university. 4 - Any violation of the system of examination or calm necessary for him and any fraud in the exam or start it. 5 - Any organization of associations within the university or participation in it without the prior authorization of the competent university authorities. 6 - Distribution of flyers or issue wall papers in any form in colleges or collect signatures without prior authorization from the competent university authorities. 7 - sit in university buildings or participate in demonstrations contrary to public order or morals. Second: Disciplinary penalties include: "Article 126 of the Law on Organizing Universities" 1. Oral or written alert. 2. Warning. 3 - denial of some student services. 4 - Deprivation of attending one of the courses for a period not exceeding one month. 5 - dismissal from the College for a period not exceeding one month. 6 - Deprivation of the exam in one or more courses. 7 - stop the registration of the student for a master's or doctorate for a period not exceeding two months or for a semester. 8 - Canceling the student exam in one or more courses. 9 - dismissal from the college for a period not exceeding a semester. 9 - Deprivation of the exam in one or more semesters. 10 - Deprivation of the student from the enrollment of the master or doctorate for one semester or more. 11 - The final chapter of the university, and the decision to dismiss the other universities, and result in the lack of validity of the student to enroll or apply for exams in the universities of Egypt.
