Beni-Suef University President Chairs Leadership Committee Meeting to Select Secretary of Faculty of Commerce and Director of Management and Administration

This morning, a meeting of the committee for selecting leaders, formed under the  chairmanship of Prof. Dr. / Mansour Hassan, University President was held in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Abdulrahman Saleem, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, and Dr. Gamal Abdul Rahman, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Major-general / Essam Abdul Muttalib Sulaiman, General Secretary of the Governorate, Major General / Khamis Abu Al Fadl, Deputy Secretary General of the Governorate and Eng. / Al Wadeh Abu Gabal, Director General of Housing Directorate, to select a Secretary of the Faculty of Commerce and Management and Administration of the University.

The meeting reviewed the achievements and proposals presented by each candidate. The Rector pointed out that the most important standards for selection are administrative and organizational efficiency, leadership skills, previous experience, career history, personal characteristics, skills, and practical abilities, in addition to the criteria for governing values and positive interaction.

It is worth mentioning that nine persons applied for the post of Secretary of the Faculty of Commerce from university administrative staff while seven persons applied for the post of Director General of Management and Administration.
