President of Beni Suef University: Efficiency and Specialization are the criteria for selecting administrative leaders

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, confirmed that the selection of administrative leaders from directors and their deputies is based on competency and specialization rather than seniority. The university is looking for qualified leaders and provides the opportunity for young people to take leadership positions to help improve the performance. This is confirmed by the appointment of a deputy for each director at the level of colleges and managements of the university.
This came during the meeting of University President with the second degree employees, stressing the university's orientation towards developing, exploiting capabilities of the current workforce so as to be able to carry out its functions and the duties entrusted to it. He pointed out that the selection of the Deputy Director will be through a committee that sets standards for selection, based on integrity and transparency, and it will conduct interviews with applicants.
