Beni Suef University achieves achievement and speed ratios in resolving complaints addressed to it according to the report of the unified government complaints system

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university has achieved high achievement rates and speedy resolution of complaints addressed to it according to the report of the unified government complaints system submitted to Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister.
According to the report, the Central Bank of Egypt, Al-Azhar Sheikdom, Consumer Protection Agency, and the universities of Beni Suef, Menoufia and Cairo achieved high achievement rates and speedy resolution of complaints submitted to them.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, stated that there is a rapid movement from the university upon any reporting of manifestations of a defect or complaint after examining it carefully as the time component plays an important role because the prompt and decisive dealing with problems reduces the occurrence of major damages.
It is worth noting that the President of Beni Suef University in all his meetings with students, staff and faculty members of the university announces that he follows the open door policy and encourages them to communicate with him via WhatsApp to follow up on their problems or complaints.
The report of the unified government complaints system included receiving 55163 complaints and requests during November, in the framework of following up on facilitating the ways for citizens to communicate with the government and receiving and monitoring complaints through the system, and speedy coordination with government agencies to remove the causes of those complaints.
