Registration
Stages of applying for admission to the Master's program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef University:
1. Admission to the preparatory year for the Master's program opens from 1-7 to 10-7 of each year. The student wishing to apply must purchase the envelope for each department of the college.
2. The student places the envelope or his/her papers (original bachelor's degree - original birth certificate - cumulative grades statement - military service status - 6 personal photos - approval of the employer if the student is working - bringing a laboratory location for his/her practical study when registering for the research point - a copy of the national ID card) and then fills out the admission papers inside the envelope. The student must return the envelope to the Graduate Studies Department after completing the aforementioned papers until 15-8 of each year.
3. The two envelopes for each department are presented to the head of the department so that the department can select the accepted students to join it after the department council has worked.
4. The Graduate Studies Department is notified of the names of the students who have been selected in each department in order to contact them and address them so that they can pay the tuition fees so that the study begins in October of each year.
5. The research point is not registered until the student succeeds in all the preparatory year courses.
6. The student conducts a seminar in the department he/she wants to join, then obtains the approval of the department council to register the student and develops a research plan for the master's thesis.
7. Obtains the approval of the college council to register the student.
8. Sends the student's papers to obtain approval for his/her registration from the university council.
9. The value of the expenses for the first year of registration for the master's degree (1867.60) Egyptian pounds, and the student pays his/her tuition fees every year until the thesis is discussed.
10. The minimum period for discussing the master's degree is one and a half calendar years starting from the date of registering the thesis, and the maximum period for discussion is five calendar years starting from the date of registering the thesis, taking into account the cases of extension and suspension of registration.
