Procedures for transfer to college

  • The student submits a transfer request to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef University, along with:

    • Academic status report/transcript
    • Course content document addressed to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef University
  • The request is reviewed by the Faculty Council, and upon approval, an equivalency assessment is conducted based on the transcript and course content from the previous institution.

  • The student's acceptance is determined based on their academic level, exempted courses, and required additional courses.

  • The transfer documents are submitted to the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs for verification and final approval by the University President.
