Student Affairs Services

The Student Affairs Department at the faculty provides services to undergraduate students and graduates. Its responsibilities and services include:

  1. Admitting students who have successfully passed the General Secondary Education examination.
  2. Issuing medical examination certificates for new students.
  3. Compiling student lists for different academic levels within the university.
  4. Preparing lists of outstanding students and granting them academic excellence awards.
  5. Assigning student seat numbers for examinations.
  6. Issuing enrollment certificates and approvals for academic suspension.
  7. Organizing invigilation schedules for exams and verifying exam results.
  8. Managing summer internship applications in factories, hospitals, and pharmacies, including collection, processing, and storage.
  9. Monitoring and preparing employment documents for graduates.
  10. Approving and validating university housing applications.
  11. Determining annual tuition fees in accordance with regulations and policies.
  12. Issuing bachelor's degree certificates.
  13. Providing transcripts, including details of completed courses and credit hours.
  14. Approving train subscription forms for students.
  15. Maintaining student records.
  16. Approving and issuing student ID cards.
  17. Announcing midterm and final exam results.
