Mission of the Specialized Technical and Bridging Program
It is the graduation of professional and distinguished nurses to work in different nursing disciplines and have the ability to provide quality care in all areas of nursing and are able to participate effectively within the health team to maintain the health of patients and have outstanding scientific and practical knowledge.
The goals of the technical specialized program and the bridging program:
* Planning an integrated study program for graduating, preparing, and training cadres from the Nursing Technical Institute graduates and technical secondary schools of nursing and their equivalent in the medical and nursing field as it seeks to provide nursing skills in all areas of nursing.
* All graduates have the ability to work skillfully in the disciplines in hospitals.
* Developing nursing curricula in a specialized way that helps achieve the student's educational and practical goals in a learning environment.
* Providing the student with academic resources and clinical experiences that help him to carry out his professional tasks in accordance with the accepted regulations and systems by providing a safe learning environment while urging the development of continuous education and self-improvement.
* The program aims to bridge the deficit in hospital departments in the Arab Republic of Egypt and to communicate continuously with the needs of the labor market inside and outside the country.
* Upgrading the scientific and practical level of graduates and advancing the level of health services represented in nursing skills in order to serve the community and in line with the scientific development and in a manner consistent with the application of the principles and standards of accreditation and local, regional and international quality.
* The continuous development of the program made it one of the most important scientific programs at the University of Beni Suef and raised its efficiency and made the college and the institute as one of the distinguished research centers and increased the ability of the institute and the college to contribute to community service and marketing the university's applied and guiding services.
