2016 was similar to the year 2015 in terms of the number of papers published in international scientific journals, where about 14 scientific research was published in the media with a coefficient of influence ranging between (0,5 and 5). Most of the research was done on a coefficient of 2.5-2.2 and one in effect factor 4.2. Thus, the total effect factor for 2016 is (32) points.
2015
The year 2015 was a year of achievements. Nearly 15 scientific papers were published in refereed international scientific journals. One of these researches was published in a scientific journal with an influence factor (9,2) and contributed to the raising of the international classification of Beni Suef University. In addition, there are (5) researches in scientific journals with an influence factor ranging from (4 to 5) and (5) researches in periodicals with influence factor (2 - 3). And the rest of the research in international and local journals without an influence factor.
Thus, the Department of Microbiology and Immunology contributed a total effect factor of (42.8) points from 2015.
