As part of Beni Suef University's pursuit of leadership and excellence, the Faculty of Dentistry welcomed the evaluation committee for the "Best Leading Faculty in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals" competition on Tuesday. The committee aimed to assess the faculty's achievements and its infrastructural and service development.

The visit began with an official reception by Professor Dr. Ahmed Fathallah Shawky, Dean of the Faculty, for the committee members: Professor Dr. Sama El-Daq, Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Studies; Professor Dr. Ibrahim Abdel-Gawad, former Dean of the Faculty of Earth Sciences; Professor Dr. Mohamed Madi, former Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts; Professor Dr. Zein El-Abedin Abdel-Sattar, Professor at the Faculty of Veterinary ; and Ms. Intisar Mohamed, General  Director of Environmental Projects. A welcoming meeting was held during which the faculty's vision and strategic directions in serving the community and developing the environment were reviewed
Following the reception, Professor Dr. Maha Abdel Qawi Fahmy, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development, gave a comprehensive presentation highlighting the agency's most prominent achievements during the last quarter of 2025. The presentation emphasized: Medical convoys: which toured the village of Al-Awawna and the Al-Tawfiq, Al-Nour, and Al-Amal schools. Medical development: providing modern equipment such as autoclaves, teeth whitening machines, and endomotors. Health responsibility: student vaccination campaigns against HBV. Community partnerships: such as lectures held in cooperation with the Health Directorate, the Health Insurance Authority, and the Beni Suef Dental Syndicate, as well as clinic maintenance
