The initiative was held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and under the supervision of:

  • Professor Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

  • Professor Dr. Hendawy Abdallahy Hassan, Dean of the Faculty of Developmental Social Work.

  • Professor Dr. Fadl Mohamed Ahmed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

  • Associate Professor Dr. Ahmed Qassem, Faculty Academic Advising Coordinator.

The program was further supervised by:

  • Associate Professor Dr. Amal El-Shabrawy Hassan, Academic Advising Coordinator for First-Level Students.

  • Associate Professor Dr. Massaad Ibrahim El-Desouky, Academic Advising Coordinator for First-Level Students.

  • Assistant Lecturer Marwa Sayed, Deputy Director of the Academic Advising Unit.

The academic advising process was successfully completed for 522 first-level students, reflecting the Faculty's commitment to providing effective academic guidance and supporting students from the beginning of their university journey.
