The role of Argumentative, Assertive Behavior and Time Management Efficiency in predicting the Negotiation Behavior

(Abstract)
The Purpose of this research is to investigate the predictability of some Psychological and Sociological Variables like: the skills of Argumentation Behavior, The skills of Assertive Behavior and Time Management Efficiency, in predicting the Negotiation Behavior. The research also deals with the concept of negotiation in the light of the main related concepts, as well as the interrelation between the concept and the other concepts like: bargaining, settlement and persuation. The researcher explores some of the theories which belong to psycho sociological approach as an interpretive framework of the negotiation behavior. The sample of the research contains 245 participants from the government of Beni-Suef, their ages ranging from 20 to 60 years and an average age 38.5 +12.4 divided into three groups of different ages. The research tools are composed of there tools which the researcher designed and others deduced from the heritage of Psychology. Numbers of statistical styles have been used; for their suitability the nature of questions and hypotheses of the research. Conclusion came up as follows:
1- There is a significant statistical relationship between Negotiation Behavior and the other variables.
2- There is no mutual influence between age and work conditions with relation to Negotiation Behavior.
3-Age is considered a reference to Negotiation Behavior; as individual's practice of Negotiation Behavior progress of age.
4-The research variables were of predictable ability of Negotiation Behavior; as the three variables participated which a ratio of 21.2% of the total dependent variable: the skills of argumentation behavior participated which a ratio of 14.6% followed by the skills of the Assertive Behavior which a ratio of 5.3% and finally time management efficiency which a 1.3% percentage.
