President of Beni Suef University: Launching a campaign to detect fatty liver for faculty members and employees for free

 Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the launch of a campaign for early detection of fatty liver disease, using the latest equipment available at the university's specialized medical center

Dr. Mansour explained that the campaign will include all faculty members and workers inside the university in all faculties and institutes and workers in the university hospital, in the interest of the university for the health of workers and the early detection and treatment of fatty liver diseases to prevent liver cirrhosis and cancerous tumors.

The president of the university indicated that the campaign will include a comprehensive examination for liver diseases, medical analyzes and radiology using the latest equipment available at the university's specialized center "fibroscan".

Dr. Atef Morsi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospital Board of Directors, thanked Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, for launching these campaigns to inspect the faculty and staff to ensure their health

It is mentioned that the campaign is carried out by the doctors of the Department of Hepatology, Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases under
Supervised by Dr. Dina Ismail, head of the department.
