Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university is uniquely launching the programs of Digital Identity,  Unified Fingerprint, University's Board and Faculties; Boards, in light of the detailed report reviewed by Dr. Momtaz Higab, the general coordinator of the digital transformation in the university, and in the light of the university and the state’s strategy towards the digitization of all sectors inside Beni-Suef University. Dr. Mansour declared  and assured that the university is taking fast steps towards the digital transformation through what is done by the unit designing and developing software and electronic systems to provide comprehensive electronic services that help raise the efficiency of internal administrative systems and the use of human resources in the university and qualify them to build distinct systems and software that keep up with all the needs of the university and Society, in implementation of the recommendations of His Excellency President/ Abdel Fattah El-Sisi; in this regard.The University President  declared that the digital identity project aims to prepare an updated database for university members of the faculty and workers, and to create a unified and central system for issuing and printing identity cards with the verification of cards through the QR Code and linking it to the digital identity on the university’s website, in addition to providing A platform for university employees authorized by colleges and departments to update data and pictures of faculty members and workers in their departments and submit an application for printing cards.While the councils program records attendance electronically by scanning the barcode from the board members ’cards, printing the attendance statement by name, national number, date and time of attendance and identifying the system users responsible for boards for each sector or faculty with the necessary powers to manage their councils in addition to a general follow-up to all councils and Attendance and participation, and the financial link for attending sessions transparently. For their part, users of those programs praised this distinguished step that the university had already implemented in a short period because these electronic programs facilitated all the processes of inquiring about the data of the owner of the updated identity in real time through the QR Code and facilitating the issuance and printing of identity cards for university employees by submitting a print request Cards are provided electronically through digital identity officials.
