General instructions for exam

1- The student must attend the campus an hour and a half before the exam, to "measure the temperature at the main entrance gate and college entrance." However, the Chairman of the Examination Committee may allow the late student to attend the exam if he does not pass more than a quarter of an hour at the start of it, provided that he does not make up for the delay.
2- The student showing any symptoms of a cold is prevented from entering the university from the main gate, and his absence is considered an acceptable excuse, and the medical department prepares a report accordingly.
3- Obligation to wear a muzzle, and admission to the university is not permitted without wearing it.
4- Lack of presence on the roads, students ’commitment to be present in the examination committees and preventing gathering.
5- Commitment to bring written and personal tools "such as a pen, a ruler, a water bottle, wipes ...", and prevent the circulation and contact of personal tools among students within the committee while adhering to infection control methods.
6- The student is not allowed to leave the examination room at least half the time of the exam.
7- The student is not allowed to enter the examination place after leaving the exam, except if the exit is for compelling reasons, and throughout his time outside the exam location was under the supervision of a member of the examination committee.
8- All students present to take the exams are obligated to sign their attendance for the exam in the statement of attendance for each course individually according to the form prepared for that by using the pen for each student, and sign by leaving after handing over the observer the answer papers.
9 - The student is not entitled to enter the examination halls without bringing the new university card for each year to prove his identity, preferably (the national ID card / driving license passport ... etc).
10 - Every student who committed fraud or attempted fraud in the exam, and was caught in the event of a flagging by the dean or whoever he delegates from the examination hall, and then canceling the student’s exam in the course in which he cheated, or tried to cheat in it.
11-The penalty is announced without the student’s name revealing the results (disadvantaged due to fraud) in the decisions that are decided to deny him, provided that he announces his name and the state of fraud in which he was seized and the penalty prescribed for him in the college bulletin board
12- Not to take the mobile phone inside the committee permanently even if it is closed, and whoever seizes the mobile even if it is turned off, is considered to be in a state of fraud, and legal measures are taken against it.
13- The absence of any notes or books related to the subject or semester materials with the student within the committee, except with permission and instructions from the subject teacher.
14- Students who wish to present social excuses or suspend registration must apply at least a week before the start of the exam.
15- As for the urgent medical cases, each case is studied separately, and the documents indicating this are sent to the medical department with the statement of approval or not, after examining the student if possible.
16- A student who does not wish to take the exam in view of the current circumstances, applies for an apology for the performance of all the exams scheduled in the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020 for the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs before the exam date.
