President of Beni Suef University: A variable reward for employees related to job performance

The Board of Beni Suef University, chaired by Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, during its meeting No. (154) held on 31/1/2018 approved the memorandum submitted by the Financial and Administrative Control Committee to grant the employees a variable remuneration related to the job performance and evaluation criteria specified by the Committee and from the colleges' and university's own resources.
For his part, the university president stressed the importance of motivating employees through financial rewards as they help to improve the level of job performance and create desire for effective cooperative work in order to achieve many achievements targeted by the university in the coming period.
