Beni-Suef University Organizes Workshop on the SPIS Electronic System to Support Distinguished Programs and Departments

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, the university organized a training workshop on the SPIS electronic system for managing distinguished programs and departments. The initiative comes as part of the university’s efforts to enhance its digital infrastructure and improve administrative and academic efficiency across its faculties. The workshop was supervised by Dr. Amira Hemmam, General Coordinator of Programs and Departments, and Dr. Naglaa Eissa, Deputy General Coordinator. It was also attended by Mr. Mohamed Selim, University Secretary-General, along with several administrative leaders, while the training was delivered by Eng. Tarek Khalil from the University’s Software Unit.

Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized that the workshop is part of the university’s plan to raise the efficiency of program coordinators and directors of student affairs and postgraduate studies in faculties with distinguished programs. He highlighted the importance of mastering the SPIS system to maximize its benefits in supporting both educational and administrative processes.

The workshop witnessed strong attendance from staff members responsible for programs and departments, who engaged actively with the training. This reflects the university’s commitment to digital transformation and to advancing institutional performance.
