President of Beni Suef University issues a decision appointing Dr. Fathi Mohamed to act as Director of the Central Unit for Research Laboratories

  Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, issued Resolution No. 496 appointing Dr. Fathi Mohamed Mohamed Ahmed, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Earth Sciences, to work as Director of the Central Unit of Research Laboratories at the University until next July 31.
It should be noted that Dr. Fathi Mohamed holds many positions, including Head of the Department of Water Geology and Environment, Director of the Center for Water Studies and Research at the College of Earth Sciences, Scientific Advisor to the Center for Scientific and Technological Excellence at the Ministry of Military Production, Member of the Early Warning Committee at the Ministry of Health, former head of the Quality, Laboratories, Research, Desalination and Treatment Sector at the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, the principal researcher for a number of research projects, including the Cop 27 project, two professor projects for each plant funded by the Research Funding Authority (STDF), and the supervisor of 8 graduation projects funded by the Academy of Scientific and Technological Research, the implementation of many projects serving the community in factories and companies, supervising 3 innovative projects funded by the Ministry of Higher Education, in addition to supervising a number of master’s and doctoral theses.
