President of Beni Suef University receives a delegation from churches to congratulate Eid al-Fitr

Today, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received Father Basilius, the dean of the Monastery of St. Paula in the Nasser Center, and Father Fam, the dean of the Monastery of St. Anthony, to congratulate the blessed Eid Al-Fitr
During the meeting, the university president expressed his happiness with this visit, stressing the importance of exchanging visits and congratulations between the nation’s components, Muslims and Christians, on various occasions, which contributes to strengthening the national fabric, and confirms that Egyptians on the homeland are united by the spirit of affection, love, mercy and peace, praying to God to return these good and blessed days to everyone with goodness, right and blessings
For their part, the delegation stressed the depth of feelings between Muslims and Christians, which reflects the essence of the tolerant Egyptian spirit, which is attested by history. They stressed that Egyptian holidays are for everyone, as the people of Egypt, with all their sects, look forward to a better future for our beloved country of progress and prosperity thanks to the support and cooperation of its loyal people
