President of Beni Suef University: Launching the activities of the training program for nursing leaders in hospitals and health care in the governorate

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the launch of the activities of the training program for nursing leaders in hospitals and health care in Beni Suef Governorate, organized by the Faculty of Nursing, under the supervision of Dr. Sameh Al-Maraghy, Vice President of University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Nagy Muheisen, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Dr. Hanan Al-Zabalawy Hassan, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, in cooperation with Health Directorate, under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Youssef Abdel Khaleq, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, and Dr. Maha Hassan, Director of the Nursing Department.

The university president explained that the program aims to train about 200 nursing leaders in health care and hospitals in Beni Suef Governorate, through a group of lectures, seminars and training courses on the specialty of advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid, as the leaders are divided into 4 groups, each group containing 50 nursing leaders, and they are trained two days a week for each group, stressing that the university is a house of knowledge and experience of the governorate as it has scholars and researchers in various scientific specializations, as it represents a major development pillar that is relied upon at the current stage in implementing many development works in various fields.
