Students of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Beni Suef University Participate in the Annual Google Developers Conference

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence organized an academic visit for its students to participate in the Annual Google Developers Conference, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Qayed, Dean of the Faculty, with the participation of a delegation of students and faculty members.

Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the participation of the university’s students in such international events reflects the university’s commitment to providing strong academic and practical support and to keeping pace with the latest developments in advanced technology fields, thereby enhancing students’ innovative capabilities and refining their technical skills. He added that the conference provided students with an opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and innovations in programming, artificial intelligence, and application development through attending scientific sessions and specialized workshops delivered by a distinguished group of Google experts and developers. This comes alongside the university’s support for scientific and student activities and the strengthening of knowledge partnerships, in line with the requirements of the digital revolution and contributing to the preparation of qualified human resources capable of keeping up with rapid technological advancement.

For his part, Dr. Mohamed Qayed, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, affirmed that students’ participation in the conference is part of the faculty’s strategy to link academic study with practical application and to develop students’ skills in modern specializations, qualifying them to compete in local and international labor markets. He noted that such participation broadens students’ horizons and familiarizes them with global trends in digital transformation and technological innovation.
