Beni Suef University Participates in the International Exhibition for Marketing Research Outputs and Innovation in the New Administrative Capital

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced the university’s participation in the International Exhibition for Marketing Research Outputs and Innovation (IRC EXPO), organized by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology on December 11–12 in the New Administrative Capital. The event witnessed broad participation from various entities concerned with scientific research and innovation.
The university delegation included Prof. Abeer Sayed Moawad, Director of the University Performance Development Center, Dr. Hemat Mohamed Fayoumi, Director of the Research–Industry Linkage Office, in addition to the innovator Amr El-Sherif.
The University President explained that the university’s participation took place through the Office of Innovation Support, Technology Transfer, Marketing, and Patents, headed by Dr. Karim Abdel Qader Sofy. Five of the university’s most prominent innovations were nominated to take part in the exhibition, with the final selection being the “Integrated Hydrotherapy Station for Hand Rehabilitation,” a distinguished innovation developed by researcher Amr Mohamed El-Sherif, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Health Sciences, Faculty of Sports Sciences. This device represents an innovative technological solution in the field of medical rehabilitation.
He added that the university’s pavilion was visited by several prominent figures, including Prof. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Prof. Gina El-Feky, President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology; Prof. Abdel Meguid Ben Amara, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Scientific Research Councils; Prof. Essam Khamis, former Deputy Minister of Higher Education; and Dr. Mohamed Ramadan, Director of the Egyptian Observatory for Science, Technology, and Innovation. The pavilion also received delegations from King Khalid University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the University of Sudan, as well as representatives of several major industrial companies.
