President of Beni Suef University Chairs a Series of Meetings

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired today the meetings of the Board of Directors of the Blended Learning Center, the Higher Committee for International Students, and the Faculty and Leadership Development Center. The meetings were attended by Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mahmoud, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Hanan El-Rouby, Director of the Blended Learning Center; Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, Director of the International Students Administration; Dr. Gomaa Saeed El-Tahami, Director of the Faculty and Leadership Development Center; in addition to members of the respective boards.

During the meeting of the Blended Learning Center, the University President discussed the necessary preparations for the start of blended learning examinations scheduled for January 24, 2026. He stressed the importance of taking all required measures to ensure an appropriate examination environment for students, emphasizing the need to provide comfort, safety, and adequate support. He also called for maintaining calm and discipline within examination committees, while ensuring the availability of all services and facilities that facilitate the examination process and enable students to sit for their exams with ease.

The meeting of the International Students Administration reviewed the administration’s participation in the Edugate Exhibition in Riyadh, scheduled to be held from February 1 to 2, 2026. The meeting also discussed the mechanism for uploading graduation certificates for international students to their accounts on the “Study in Egypt” platform. As part of efforts to support international students, approval was given to organize a special online seminar for them, in light of the high cost of air travel tickets. This step aims to facilitate their academic integration and maximize their benefit from university services.

During the meeting concerning faculty affairs, a set of mechanisms and criteria governing the transfer and secondment of faculty members within and outside the university were discussed. These matters were reviewed in detail in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations that define how such procedures are to be implemented in a legal and effective manner. The University President also directed the prompt completion of the electronic system for managing the training courses offered by the center.
