A presidential decree appointing Dr. Mamdouh Abdullah as Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, Beni Suef University.

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 297, appointing Dr. Mamdouh Abdullah Muhammad Abdul Latif as Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication for a period of three years.
The University President congratulated Dr. Mamdouh Abdullah on the issuance of the Presidential Decree, wishing him continued success. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdel Aziz El Sayed, the former Dean, for his great efforts in serving the College during his tenure as Dean.
Dr. Mamdouh was appointed as an Assistant Lecturer of Radio and Television, Faculty of Arts, Beni Suef University, in 2011, then as a Lecturer of Radio and Television, Faculty of Mass Communication, Beni Suef University in 2014, then as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Mass Communication, Imam Muhammad ibn Saud University, Riyadh in 2016, then he progressed through the ranks until he reached the rank of Professor of Radio and Television, Faculty of Mass Communication, Beni Suef University. He also held many administrative positions, including Vice Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication for Education and Student Affairs, Supervisor of the Radio and Television Department at the Faculty of Mass Communication, and Director of the Media Training and Production Center.
Dr. Mamdouh has also received several awards, including the Best Research Award at the Faculty of Media and Public Relations Conference, Nahda University; the Excellence Award for Best Master's Thesis, Institute of Graduate Studies, Ain Shams University; and First Place in Class, Zagazig University. He has numerous scientific research publications, has supervised numerous research dissertations, and has participated in the arbitration of several local, Arab, and international journals.
