Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University, conducted an extensive inspection tour today at several faculties on the main campus, including the Faculties of Arts and Earth Sciences, to monitor the progress of the second semester exams for the academic year 2024/2025. He was accompanied by Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary-General of the University.
During his tour, Dr. Hassan emphasized full compliance with exam regulations, particularly the prohibition of mobile phones inside exam halls—even if switched off—stating that violating these rules constitutes a breach of exam conduct. He stressed the importance of creating an appropriate environment for students during exams, ensuring their comfort, safety, and access to necessary support, while maintaining calm and discipline in the exam halls.
The University President also underlined the need for comprehensive security measures, including increased deployment of administrative security personnel, to ensure exams are conducted in a secure and orderly atmosphere. He highlighted the importance of clearly displaying exam schedules, seating numbers, and guidance signs to help students navigate the process smoothly. Dr. Hassan also ensured that adequate medical services were available and praised the efforts of faculty members, teaching assistants, and staff for their essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the exams.
