President of Beni-Suef University Chairs Meeting of the International Students Administration

Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University, chaired today the meeting of the International Students Administration, in the presence of Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, Executive Director of the International Students Administration, and members of the board.

The meeting reviewed the progress of second semester exams for international students. Dr. Hassan emphasized the importance of taking all necessary measures to provide a suitable and supportive environment within exam halls, ensuring students’ comfort, safety, and access to assistance, as well as maintaining discipline and calm across all exam sessions. He stressed the provision of full services and necessary facilities to help students complete their exams smoothly and efficiently.

He also highlighted the importance of clearly posting exam schedules, seating numbers, and guidance signs to help students navigate the examination process. In addition, he confirmed the availability of medical services and reinforced the need for comprehensive exam security through increased administrative security personnel to ensure a safe and orderly examination environment.
