President of Beni-Suef University Chairs Meetings on International Students, Conference Center, and Center for Languages and Translation

Today, Professor Mansour Hassan, President of Beni-Suef University, chaired a series of meetings related to the International Students Administration, the University Conference Center, and the Center for Languages and Translation. The meetings were attended by Professor Tarek Ali, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research; Professor Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Mr. Mohamed Selim, University Secretary-General; Dr. Ayman Ghoneim, General Coordinator of the International Students Administration; Dr. Ahmed Farouk, Director of the Conference Center; Dr. Fatma Ashour, Executive Director of the Center for Languages and Translation; along with members of the respective boards.
Dr. Ayman Ghoneim began the International Students meeting by presenting a commemorative gift to Professor Mansour Hassan in appreciation of his efforts over the past eight years in supporting and serving international students, as well as developing administrative processes across the university.
In his remarks, Professor Mansour expressed his gratitude for the recognition and thanked the council members. He emphasized the importance of removing obstacles facing international students, streamlining admissions and administrative procedures, and ensuring access to specialized academic programs, especially in rare disciplines.
During the Conference Center meeting, several topics were discussed, including activating the cooperation protocol between the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, the University Guest House, and the Conference Center to enhance joint services and operations.
In the Languages and Translation Center meeting, the members reviewed the academic progress made in recent months. They were informed that Academic Test No. 151 was successfully held with 186 candidates in attendance at the Faculty of Medicine’s exam hall. Preparations are underway for Academic Test No. 152, with 50 candidates registered so far.
Additionally, the center has translated 22 documents from Arabic to English and 2 documents from English to Arabic. These included graduation certificates, academic transcripts, and birth certificates. The center is currently finalizing the English-language version of the International Students Guide, which is being proofread and edited in preparation for welcoming new students in the 2025–2026 academic year.
