Beni Suef University offers 48 distinguished academic programs... The university president reveals unique specializations that meet the needs of the labor market and open new horizons for students.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, stated today that the university welcomes the new academic year with a number of distinguished and diverse programs that meet the students’ growing aspirations for future careers and the labor market, and that are in line with international standards. This is a unique experience, as distinguished programs and departments are gathered under a central framework through the central administration of language departments and programs, which focuses on providing high-quality educational services and scientific activities.This increases students’ skills and practical experience, according to accreditation and quality standards. This is within the framework of striving to support excellence and unique specialization in new development sectors .
The University President pointed out that the Central Administration for Languages and Programs includes several new programs that are distinguished in their specializations and rely on advanced curricula and a more interactive learning environment, which allows them to communicate better with an elite group of faculty members according to high
teaching standards, which contributes to raising the academic level of students.
Distinguished programmes in the Life Sciences and Medical sector include the Integrated Medical and Surgery Program at the College of Medicine, the Food Safety and Technology Program at the College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Intensive Program at the College of Nursing, in addition to 8 distinguished programs at the College of Health and Applied Sciences Technology, including the Medical Devices Technology Program, the Radiology and Medical Imaging Technology Program, the Artificial Respiration Technology Program,
and the Dental Prosthetics Technology Program.
Distinguished programs in the Natural Sciences, Engineering and Technology sector include the Structural Engineering Program at the College of Engineering, the Medical Informatics Program at the College of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, the Applied Space and Navigation Sciences Program at the College of Navigation Sciences, the Engineering Geology Program at the College of Earth Sciences, the Microbiology Program at the College of Science, the Production Technology Program, the Industrial Electronics and Control Technology Program, and the Construction and Building Program at the College of Technology and Education.
The Arts and Humanities Sector also includes programs in Service Sciences, Support Services Sciences, and Digital Education Technology at the Faculty of Special Needs Sciences, a unique institution among Egyptian universities, in addition to language programs at the Faculties of Languages, Education for Early Childhood, Arts, and faculty of Education.
While the Social and Administrative Sciences Sector includes the Accounting and Finance Program and the English Language Division at the Faculty of Commerce, the French and English Language Divisions at the Faculty of Law. Also, the Politics, Economics and Statistics Programs at the Faculty of Politics and Economics, and the Tourism Guidance, Hotel Management and Tourism Studies Programs in English at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels.
Dr. Amira Ahmed Hammam, General Coordinator of the Central Administration for Languages and New Programs, pointed out the diversity of distinguished and interdisciplinary programs at the postgraduate level, including professional and research diplomas, master's and doctoral degrees, in the university's unique faculties and institutes, such as the Laser Research and Applications Institute, which includes unique specializations, including medical laser applications, laser applications in pharmacy, biological application of lasers, laser interaction with materials, and other precise specializations in the field of lasers. In addition, the Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Institute, which is a unique institute in the Middle East, specializes in the chemistry of medicinal and aromatic plants, biotechnology of medicinal and aromatic plants, production and post-harvest treatments of medicinal and aromatic plants, and medical, aromatic, and pharmaceutical preparations.
The College of Special Needs Sciences also offers specialized postgraduate programs in the fields of service sciences (mental disability, hearing disability, visual disability, learning difficulties, autism, language and communication disorders, giftedness and intellectual excellence) . Also, support services sciences for people with special needs (multiple disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, occupational therapy, hyperactivity and attention deficit, speech and language disorders assessment, measurement and diagnosis, skill development, behavioral modification, motor disability, early intervention, prosthetic devices).
