Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the university has achieved high rates of resolving complaints submitted to it, according to a report by the Government Complaints System submitted to Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister. This comes amid a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of entities electronically linked to the organization during the month of August.

Dr. Tariq Ali emphasized the university's commitment to receiving, monitoring, and following up on complaints and inquiries, in an effort to enhance public satisfaction and consolidate public confidence in state institutions. He added that the university administration will act swiftly upon any reported defect or complaint after it has been thoroughly examined. Time plays a crucial role, as swift and decisive action to address problems reduces the likelihood of damage.

The university thus affirms its full commitment to serving the community and enhancing mechanisms for responding to citizens' complaints quickly and efficiently, in parallel with government efforts aimed at raising institutional performance levels and achieving citizen satisfaction.
