The President of Beni Suef University inspects the Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities...and directs the formation of a specialized committee to develop an integrated operational plan.

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, today made an inspection tour of the university's Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disabilities, to check the center's readiness and preparations to receive cases. This comes within the framework of the university's interest in strengthening its community role and providing support to the most needy groups. The tour was attended by Major General Dr. Reda Awad, Director of the Reda Awad Foundation, which cooperates with the university in supporting the center. Also,  Dr. Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of University Hospitals, and Dr. Ala Ragab, Professor of Rheumatology at the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University (Kasr El-Aini) were attended.

During the visit, the University President directed the immediate operation of the center, stressing the need to form a specialized committee from the Faculties of Engineering and Medicine to develop an integrated operational plan, including the completion of furnishing and equipment work, and the provision of all means of technical and medical support to ensure the provision of distinguished rehabilitation services for children and the provision of an integrated therapeutic and rehabilitation environment. He pointed out that this project comes within the university’s vision to activate its role in serving the community, praising the role of the Reda Awad Foundation, which has spared no effort in providing all means of support to the center, with the aim of presenting an exemplary model in the care and rehabilitation of children with special needs.
