Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, issued a decision 
 of appointing Dr. Yasser Jaber, a professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, as a scientific advisor. He will oversee research and scientific activities He oversees research and scientific activities, follows up on the implementation of research plans, organizes research, seminars, and scientific conferences, and supervises the university's various publications in the field of scientific research. The appointment of a scientific advisor to the President of Beni Suef University is a strategic step that enhances the efficiency of academic and research decision-making within the university. The scientific advisor contributes his extensive experience to supporting research and scientific plans and monitoring the quality of academic performance in line with the state's directives to develop higher education and scientific research He also plays a pivotal role in proposing innovative research initiatives and projects, and coordinating collaborations with local and international research centers and universities. This contributes to raising the university's global ranking and strengthening its position as a scientific expertise center serving societal issues and sustainable development

Dr. Tariq Ali explained the importance of appointing a scientific advisor for the university, as this step contributes to enhancing the quality of education and scientific research, especially in light of the rapid developments facing universities. It is worth noting that Dr. Yasser has a distinguished academic record. He graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University, Beni Suef Branch. He obtained a Master's degree in 2007 from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University, and a PhD in 2012 from Lund University, Sweden. He also worked as a visiting lecturer at the University of Lincoln, UK, and held a number of academic and administrative positions, including Director of the International Classification Office and Deputy Director of the University's Quality Assurance Center
