President of Beni Suef University Meets Faculty Public Relations Officials to Follow Up on Workflow and Enhance Performance

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, held an expanded meeting today with public relations officials from the university’s faculties and institutes to review workflow and discuss ways to enhance media performance within the university. The meeting comes as part of the university’s commitment to strengthening the role of public relations as an effective link between the university and society. The meeting was attended by Ms. Azza Mohamed Hassan, Director General of the Public Relations and Media Department, along with members of the Media Center.

Dr. Tarek Ali stressed the importance of working in a spirit of teamwork and elevating the level of media performance in a manner that reflects the university’s positive image. He noted that the meeting addressed mechanisms for coordination between faculty-level public relations departments and the central administration, activating the role of university media in highlighting the university’s activities and achievements, emphasizing adherence to professional standards in media coverage of events, and developing staff skills through specialized training programs.

For his part, Dr. Abdel Aziz El-Sayed, Media Advisor to the University, explained that the coming period will witness the launch of a comprehensive development plan for public relations departments. This plan includes training and qualification aimed at building a unified media system that reflects the university’s identity and keeps pace with developments in media practice, by empowering faculty public relations officials to interact more effectively with events and convey them with professionalism and transparency, thereby enhancing the university’s standing.
