The Faculty of Arts in Beni Suef organizes an art seminar on "The Art of Casting Director"

Under the patronage of Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, and as part of efforts to enrich the practical and professional development of students, the Department of Theater and Drama at the Faculty of Arts organized a specialized seminar on "The Art of Casting Director." The seminar hosted the artist Ahmed Farghali . It was held under the supervision of Dr. Azza Gohary, Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of Dr. Rehab Youssef, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Gamal Abdel-Mottaleb, Head of the Faculty's Examination Control, Dr. Noha Mostafa, Professor of Drama, and Dr. Omar Farag, Head of the Department of Theater and Drama.

Dr. Tariq Ali emphasized that the university pays great attention to holding such events that link academic study with the artistic labor market, noting that hosting professional icons such as the artist Ahmed Farghali contributes to refining students’ skills and opening new horizons for them in the fields of drama and acting, stressing that the university will always remain a platform to support young talents and qualify them to excel in all creative forums.

For her part, Dr. Azza Gohary expressed her delight at the success of the seminar and the high level of interaction between the students and the guest speaker. She thanked artist Ahmed Farghaly for accepting the invitation and for the valuable advice he offered students on how to approach auditions (casting). She also praised his prediction of a promising future for the department's students in the world of drama and expressed her appreciation for the university and college administration's ongoing support of the department's activities.
