Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired the meetings of the Higher Committee for Languages and New Programs, and Faculty Members Affairs. This was in the presence of Dr. Abu Al-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Shaaban Mubarak, Financial Advisor, Mr. Mohamed Selim, Secretary General of the University, Dr. Amira Hammam, General Coordinator of the Committee, and members of the Board of Directors.

A range of vital student affairs files were discussed, including ways to improve educational and administrative services, and to overcome any obstacles that might hinder students' academic progress. This aims to ensure a stimulating learning environment that supports their success and excellence within the university's various colleges. A number of transfer requests and tuition fee reductions for several students were also approved, taking into account their social circumstances. This reflects the university's commitment to supporting the social well-being of its students. Additionally, performance reports for new programs in several colleges were reviewed. This took place during a meeting of the Higher Committee for Languages and Programs.

During the faculty members affairs meeting, the mechanisms and criteria for transferring and assigning faculty members from within and outside the university were discussed in accordance with the governing laws and regulations.
