Alumni Follow-up Unit

Unit Vision:
To be the unit of graduates at the Faculty of Nursing, Beni-Suef University link between the labor market and graduates to raise the level of graduates and to meet the needs of the community

Unit Mission:
Consolidate the relationship between the university and its graduates, activate mutual cooperation between the university and society, and activate the scientific and technical care of graduates to meet the needs of the labor market

Unit Management:
It consists of members of the committee of community service and environment development under the chairmanship of the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment Development and the Director of the Unit and the number of (2) of the staff members assistants selected by the unit manager and administrative member.

Objectives of the Unit:
  1. Building various channels of communication and communication to enhance the relationship between the graduate and his college
  2. Coordination with civil society institutions related to studies and development of human resources
  3. Building a database for college graduates
  4. Follow-up evaluation of the job performance of graduates and work on their assistance and provide technical support
  5. Providing graduates of the Faculty of Nursing with all that is new in nursing and medical sciences
  6. Good preparation and continuous training for college graduates to equip them with the required skills in the labor market
  7. Provide feedback on the level of graduates and the needs of the labor market to develop the curriculum of the college

Activities of the unit:
  1. To limit graduates in terms of numbers, places of work and tasks assigned to them
  2. Questionnaire of the views of the beneficiaries and measure their satisfaction
  3. To limit the problems faced by graduates in the labor market
  4. Develop a plan and implement the necessary training courses to raise the level of graduates.
