Restructuring the Faculty Alumni Unit and Strengthening Its Team
20 May 2026

Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Dr. Tarek Ali, President of the University,
and the patronage of Professor Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud Ibrahim, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development,
Professor Dr. Mohamed Sayed Qaid, Dean of the Faculty,
and Professor Dr. Ahmed Bahaa El-Din, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development.
As part of the administrative activities and the Faculty's commitment to developing its various units, a decision was made to restructure the Faculty's Alumni Affairs Unit. Dr. Mohamed Arafa, the former Deputy Head of the Unit, will now lead the unit, following the resignation of Assistant Professor Dr. Mohamed Abdullah.
The Unit has also been strengthened by the addition of Teaching Assistant Mariam Mohamed, who will contribute to the implementation of the Unit's tasks and activities, thereby enhancing its efficiency and achieving its objectives more effectively.
This restructuring comes within the framework of the Faculty's support for the efforts of the Alumni Affairs Unit, enhancing its role in providing services to the Faculty's graduates, connecting them with the job market, and monitoring their career paths to achieve mutual benefit between graduates and the Faculty.
This initiative was implemented in May 2026, targeting college graduates, as part of the college's ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and provide outstanding services that support graduates and strengthen their role in society.
