President of Beni Suef University during inspecting the Center for Artificial Intelligence: We aim to enable start-ups projects to use innovations

This afternoon, Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, visited the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems on the campus, which is the first specialized center to serve university students ,employee and staff member  and society and all young cadres in Upper Egypt, accompanied the President of the University during the tour, Dr. Badr Nabih, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mumtaz Hijab, General Coordinator for Digital Transformation, Dr. Walid Eid the professor  in Faculty of Computers and a member of the team of the Unit of  Software Design and  Development 

The President of the University explained that the center aims to research, develop and innovate artificial intelligence solutions in cooperation with SAS company specialized globally in the field of analysis and data science and artificial intelligence, adding that the establishment of the center comes within the framework of the strategic national plan that works to enable future generations of investment tools in the areas of artificial intelligence and  Providing smart solutions, and enabling starts-ups   ,small and medium enterprises to operate and use innovations in data science

He added that the center will work on making  partnerships with private sector institutions related to the areas of artificial intelligence and data science in order to develop skills, raise the efficiency of human resources and prepare them for the knowledge requirements that qualify them in the field of artificial intelligence to keep up  with the digital transformation in Egypt, the Arab world and the  whole world
