President of Beni Suef University receives a delegation of international referees and sports journalists

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, received today a delegation of international referees and sports media professionals at the beginning of their visit to attend the final of the first summer football championship for governmental entities in the governorate, organized by Beni Suef University.
12 teams from governmental entities in the governorate participated in the tournament to compete to win the Cup of Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of University, held at the covered hall at Beni Suef Stadium, amid precautionary measures against Corona virus.
Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan affirmed the university’s full support for all activities, especially sports ones, whether they are for students or employees, and the keenness to organize sports activities outside the university to make a spirit of competition between the various governmental entities, and to support and strengthen the youth and sports movement because of its great importance and many benefits on the human body, improving mental activity and raising the level of focus, in addition to reducing stress and expelling negative thoughts.
President of Beni Suef University honored Captain / Wagih Ahmed, Head of Referees Committee, Captain / Samir Othman, the former international referee and sports analyst with on Time Sport channels, Captain / Mohamed Maarouf, the international referee, Media man /Wael Ibrahim, Nile Sports Channel, and Khaled Abdel Atty (Egyptian TV, and Mohamed Atfy, Head of Al-Atfi Group for Artistic Production). .
Media man / Khaled Hassan, broadcaster on A.R.T channels, Captain / Ashraf Mahmoud, Journalist at Al-Ahram newspaper, and Head of the Egyptian Federation for Sports Culture, and media woman / Shereen Khaled on Egyptian TV were also honored.
