President of Beni Suef University: Conducting the first case of tumor removal through a brain endoscope

 Dr/Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the success of a team from the Department of Neurosurgery at Beni Suef University Hospitals in Laparoscopic microsurgery for a child suffering from a tumor in the third cavity of the brain that has caused a blockage of the cerebrospinal fluid pathway
Dr. Mansour explained that the surgery was performed accurately through a brain endoscope, and samples of the tumor were taken and a cerebral peritoneal valve was installed through an endoscopy of the tumor type, and a cerebral peritoneal valve was installed endoscopically, and the child became in a good condition to complete the treatment in the Neurosurgery Department
