Faculty of Tourism and Hotels organizes a symposium entitled "Modern Archaeological Discoveries in Beni Suef Governorate"

The Department of Tourism Guidance at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, Beni Suef University, organized a symposium entitled “Modern Archaeological Discoveries in Beni Suef Governorate”, under the auspices of Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of the University, and under the supervision of Dr. The students were informed of the most important archaeological discoveries that took place in recent years, and Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities lectured on the antiquities of Beni Suef, in the presence of the faculty members and the faculty’s assistants.
Dr. Mansour explained that this symposium comes within the framework of the university's keenness to increase the scientific level and increase the experiences and skills of students to graduate batches at the highest scientific level. The tourist map of the governorate in the future, in addition to the ancient archaeological sites in the governorate and their role and importance during the different historical eras, and the most important exploratory missions and excavations that were conducted in the governorate and the most important recent archaeological discoveries, stressing that the symposium represents the beginning of a series of seminars and lectures on Egyptian antiquities associated with the governorate to create a link and continuous communication between the Faculty of Tourism Hotels and the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.
